Are all your products second hand?
Yes, most of our products are second-hand unless specified as new. We follow strict standard operating procedures to test each product and ensure that their conditions are accurately described.
What type of batteries do the CCDs or cameras use?
Most of our cameras use lithium-ion batteries, which vary depending on the model. Not all batteries are interchangeable. Some cameras are powered by AA batteries—please use only AA alkaline or AA lithium-ion batteries.
Will batteries be included with my CCD or cameras?
Yes, batteries are included with most purchases unless otherwise stated.
Free gift received in cameras?
Yes, we offer a free gift with your purchase. The gift is selected randomly and is subject to availability. Please note that free gifts are not covered under our warranty.
Purchasing and Shipping FAQ
How to purchase from your website?
You have two options:
You can add items to your cart and proceed to the payment page, or you can send us a message via WhatsApp or Instagram.
Can I make a reservation?
Yes, you can reserve an item by paying a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total price. The product will be held for you for one month or for a mutually agreed-upon timeframe.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept GrabPay and PayLater by Grab.
What is PayLater by Grab?
PayLater by Grab allows you the flexibility to choose how to pay: either next month or in 4 payments
What should I do when receiving the parcel?
We encourage you to record a clear, unedited unboxing video of the camera and its functions. If any faults are found (with proof provided), please contact us to discuss a resolution.
How long does shipping take after payment is completed?
We will ship within 48 hours after payment completed.
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to any part of Malaysia.
What if my camera lost during shipping?
We are not liable for any items lost during shipping. You may choose to add shipping insurance for a worry-free experience. Please contact us if you need it.
Warranty and Refund Policy
How long is the warranty period?
Please refer to our warranty page for detailed information. As a brief overview, all of our CCDs and cameras come with a 7-day warranty covering only the board and lens. (T&C applies)
What If I cancel my order?
Once payment is made, all funds are non-refundable.

Once deposit payment is made, all funds are non-refundable.
