Payment Instructions

You can choose from three payment methods: Duitnow Instant Transfer, Supported E-wallet, or cash on delivery (COD)

  • Bank: OCBC Bank  7861311504 NOSTALGIC SHUTTER VENTURES (DUITNOW TRANSFER ONLY) We do not accept interbank transfers via the GIRO system. Any attempt to make a transfer through this method will result in forfeiture of the transferred amount.
  • E-Wallet: TNG (via Whatsapp), GrabPay/PayLater by Grab.

After Checkout

1. Please save your payment proof (screenshot/PDF) and email or WhatsApp it to us with the subject “Receipt of Payment (order model).” If not provided, your order may be canceled.

2. Orders not paid for within 12 hours will be canceled automatically.

Shipping 

We deliver to both East and West Malaysia using Ninjavan.

Charges

Shipping fees apply based on location and purchase amount under RM100.

Tracking

A tracking number and a video of the item’s condition pre-packaging will be sent upon shipment via Whatsapp.

Delivery

Delivery typically takes 2-3 working days, excluding public holidays. Saturday deliveries can vary as some couriers operate only half-day.

International

We offer international shipping; please contact our customer service for details.

Return and Exchange Policy

All sales are final: items are not refundable, returnable, or exchangeable.

Returns

Returns are valid for items with non-user-caused faults within a 5-day warranty period, given an unboxing video is provided showing the item’s condition and functionality.

Items must be returned complete, including all free gifts (batteries, charger, memory card, stickers, hand strap).

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. No refunds or returns are available for shipping fees.

Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds are processed back to the original bank account.

You will be notified upon the completion of the refund, including a bank receipt.

If you haven’t received your refund, please check your account again or contact your bank as there may be delays in processing.

Free Gifts

Free gifts are not eligible for return, refund, or replacement.

If free gifts are out of stock, you may choose to wait or proceed with shipping without them

Warranty Policy

A 5-day warranty is provided for the camera (excludes free gifts).

The warranty starts when the item is received.

We are not liable for any loss or damage during return shipping.

Additional Information

All cameras are sold as second-hand unless stated new. Expect minor wear and tear.

Cameras ship once payment is confirmed.

Battery life is not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for any data loss on memory cards.
